Business Transfer Valuations

Whether you are buying or selling a business it is most important that you get an experienced independent stocktaker to carry out your stock valuation.

Working with the vendor, purchaser or both parties, Richardson Stocktaking Services can provide a fair and unbiased valuation of the stock in trade, taking into account things such as the age, condition and quality of the stock.

When the stock assessment is complete you will be issued with a valuation certificate which is signed by all parties concerned.

Annual or Periodical Stocktakes

Annual or periodical stocktakes are very important, because estimating your stockholding at the end of your financial year could mean paying more tax than necessary, therefore it pays in the long run to use a stocktaker and have your stock accurately counted for your accountant.

Stocktaking figures can also help you obtain the correct level of insurance for your business, and stock valuation after a flood, fire or burglary can help with an insurance claim.

Stocktakers fees are also tax deductible.

A year end certificate can also be produced.
